Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via DPD.

Returns
Cancellations and Returns.
To cancel an order before despatch please email sales@duca-pumps.co.uk
If your order has been delivered, we will accept returned goods in an unused and resalable condition including original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to return any goods, please email sales@duca-pumps.co.uk for a return reference number. You are responsible for returning the goods, including any costs, please ensure the goods are well packaged before returning. We recommend using a tracked service, any items missing or damaged in transit when being returned to us will need to be claimed by you with your chosen delivery provider.
Faulty goods
The warranty for the goods purchased from www.duca-pumps.co.uk is 24 months. If during the 24 months the goods appear to be faulty, please contact our technical team – tech@duca-pumps.co.uk with a description of the issue along with any evidence such as photos or videos. Proof of purchase will also be required with any claim for faulty goods. Our technical team will advise the next steps; further information can be found in our warranty policy. Goods which do not have a manufacturing defect will not be refunded.
